Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our employees and people managers via phone. As a remote HR Shared Services Phone Coordinator, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests. You'll deliver reliable answers, resolve issues, and escalate matters when necessary. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and people managers on most transactional HR needs and requests, determining the scope of need, working to resolve issues, and directing to resources as necessary.
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within assigned scope of work, proposing solutions and ideas to improve HR support delivery to employees and people leaders.
- Support enterprise HR transactional work, improving and standardizing processes to support automation where feasible.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and some outbound calls in a timely manner, identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, providing high-quality support to employees and people managers.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an HR support or call center environment.
- Reliable remote work environment, including access to a secure wireless network and strong cellular service (not Wi-Fi calling).
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
- Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
