About the Job
We are currently hiring Inbound Remote Customer Service Representatives to work from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, with 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a reliable internet speed and broadband connection, is necessary.
- A secure area in the home to work from, free from distractions and interruptions, is required.
- The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting, with minimal supervision, is crucial.
- Although this is a Remote position, you must be located in the Clearwater / Tampa, FL area, with the understanding that you may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings or training sessions.
