Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity through daily task completion, personal development, and guided trainings, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement
- Experience in a high-paced environment handling escalated customers, with the ability to follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver a positive customer experience and resolve complex issues
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot, ServiceCloud), with proficiency in macOS and both Apple and Android mobile devices for app usage

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting service requests in billing, RMA, cancellations, and renewals, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
