Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Behavioral Technician - RBT, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. Your duties will include:

- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collecting and recording data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions

- Responding to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors in a professional and compassionate manner

Requirements and Qualifications
