About Our Cyber Identity Team
Our Cyber Identity team leverages cutting-edge methodologies and a digital identity platform to help clients control access to sensitive organizational applications and data. We're passionate about enhancing IAM programs to mitigate risk, reduce intrusion, and secure information. As a Ping Federate Developer Manager, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing IAM solutions that enable our clients to protect against digital identity risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize IAM programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks and provide advanced authentication to applications, systems, and data.
- Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management and verify identity using a wide range of IAM solutions, including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.
- Design and build secure fine-grained authentication for a streamlined login experience using Ping Federate nodes and trees.
- Integrate Ping Federate with various backend technologies, including Directory Services, Microsoft Active Directory, and RDBMS.
- Customize Ping Federate tools, such as connector development, Java scripting, and building workflows using the identity workflow engine.
- Develop and customize ForgeRock UI code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4+ years of experience working directly with Ping Federate, Ping Identity-Web Access Mgmt and SSO, and Directory Services (DS).
- Experience with customization of Ping Federate tools, such as connector development, Java scripting, and building workflows using the identity workflow engine.
- Experience with ForgeRock UI customization and code development for fetching assertion values from multiple data sources.
- Experience integrating Ping Federate with various backend technologies, including Directory Services, Microsoft Active Directory, and RDBMS.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 0-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
- Previous identity analytics experience.
- Experience in consumer identity and directory services.
- Certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP.

- Proficiency in Ping Federate and Ping Identity-Web Access Mgmt and SSO.
- Experience with Directory Services and RDBMS.
