**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager. **Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to:
+ Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
+ Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
+ Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
+ Clarifying orders as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service
* LTC pharmacy experience preferred
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills required
* Great telephone etiquette a must
* Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Experience with pharmacy software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
