Key Responsibilities
- Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on mortgage protection insurance products.
- Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients and help them make informed decisions.
- Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process.
- Successfully follow up on pending business requirements to ensure seamless transactions.
- Participate in comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship programs to master our step-by-step sales systems.
- Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members to stay aligned and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, such as in-person national conferences and local events, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
- Currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one (we'll assist you in the process).
- Consistent access to a computer with internet access to manage your business remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- A strong passion for working with and helping others, with a customer-centric approach.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset to drive success.
- Integrity, coachability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our sales system and feedback.
