About the Role: Investor Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Investor Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Investor Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our members find the right investor-friendly agent or lender based on their market and investment strategy. This is a remote position that offers a flexible schedule, with your services being provided through texting, phone calls, and Zoom sessions with our members. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of specialized support to our members who are seeking to find an agent or lender, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered.
- Communicate with investors directly via SMS, phone calls, and Zoom sessions, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.
- Schedule and take calls with BiggerPockets members, ensuring that their queries are addressed and their concerns are resolved.
- Naturally engage with investors, learning about their strategies and market, and providing tailored guidance and support.
- Document detailed notes for following up, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and that members receive seamless support.
- Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service or communications environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients or customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and provide personalized support.
- Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Experience in real estate is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
- A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our members.
