As an Experienced International Voice Process Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global customer base via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Sample Tracking and Communication: Tracking and communicating delivery status of samples to cross-functional teams, managing Work-in-Progress (WIP) files, and reviewing samples for adherence to specifications
- Market and Styling Preparation: Ensuring samples are prepared for line reviews and showroom setup, coordinating photography of SMS for market presentation, and organizing SMS for the International Sales team's use
- Material Management: Communicating with suppliers for material requests, maintaining organized seasonal material books, and developing trims as required
- Administrative Tasks: Coordinating daily shipments, unpacking incoming shipments, managing coding of sample invoices, and providing assistance with material liability projects
