- Edit and maintain inventory data on Shopify for our website, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
- Analyze data and identify trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and optimize inventory management.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all data entry tasks.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data entry role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a solid understanding of online store operations and inventory management.
- Shopify experience, with the ability to edit and manage inventory data on the platform.
- Experience with Lightspeed software is a plus, but not required.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory management principles.
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail, able to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Ability to sit for long hours and maintain focus, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
