Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Neurology, Orthopedics, and Cardiology patients and providers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming phone calls, online requests, and performing patient registration. This is a telephone-based position operating in a call center style department, and we offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $19-$30 per hour, depending on your years of experience.
