Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Neurology, Orthopedics, and Cardiology patients and providers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming phone calls, online requests, and performing patient registration. This is a telephone-based position operating in a call center style department, and we offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $19-$30 per hour, depending on your years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming phone calls and respond to online requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform patient registration and update patient information as needed
• Place outbound phone calls to patients, providers, and other customers as required
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with patients and providers
• Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients, providers, and customers

Essential Functions

• Work in a distraction-free and smoke-free environment
• Possess excellent active listening and telephone etiquette skills
• Demonstrate empathy and adaptability in a fast-paced call center environment
• Utilize basic software and computer skills to perform job duties
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions using our CRM system

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EPIC or similar software systems
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Certifications or training in customer service or a related field
