About the Role

As our Tribe Support & Sales Lead, you'll be the central point of contact for our members and soon-to-be members, providing exceptional support, guidance, and sales expertise to ensure their success and happiness. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of customer experience, sales, and strategic thinking skills. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing processes and systems to take our support team to the next level.
