Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact in our call center, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, and providing exceptional support to help them with their queries. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

- Help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions.
- Troubleshoot software issues for customers and service providers, providing step-by-step guidance and support.

- Analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and service providers.
