Job Summary

As a Chat Sales Representative, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, working with one of our clients, a Business Coach, to sell coaching programs through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to start authentic conversations, build relationships, and close sales. Key Responsibilities

• Start new conversations with potential clients through social media platforms
• Follow up with leads and build relationships
• Grow organic accounts and increase brand awareness
• Reply to active leads and close sales
• Participate in daily management and communication tasks
• Develop and implement strategies to manage your team to success
• Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• A strong desire to earn an income in USD
• A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• A stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Compensation

Our compensation package is designed to reward high performers and provide opportunities for growth. Our pay structure includes:

• Training Stage: $150-$300
• After completing training, your earnings will depend on hourly + commissions + bonuses as follows:
  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month

There is no limit on commissions, and we offer a range of incentives to motivate our team members to perform at their best.
