Job Summary
We're looking for a full-time Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to communicate with delivery professionals and help them navigate the onboarding process. As a Driver Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and providing exceptional customer service to our delivery professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Application Review: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
- Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided).
- Communication: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
- Background Checks: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and internal stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or above preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Work Environment: Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business environment, including data entry, HR, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service.
- Location: Preferred states include Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.

- Salary: The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
