Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack medical transcriptionist to join our team. As a medical transcriptionist with IMT, you'll play a critical role in transcribing complex medical reports, including IMEs and record reviews. Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe complex medical reports, including IMEs and record reviews, with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Populate data in report templates of varying complexity, using Microsoft Word's advanced formatting features
• Set up and format reports according to client specifications, using Word's higher-level formatting functions
• Research and apply medical terminology and concepts to ensure accurate transcription
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical transcription, with a focus on IMEs and record reviews
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work, with minimal errors and rework
• Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word 2007 or later, with advanced formatting features
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
• Strong research skills, with the ability to apply medical terminology and concepts

• Experience with cloud-based transcription platforms and web applications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a rate of pay starting at 9 cents per line (65-character lines, including template and spaces), with annual increases of 1/2 cent per line, up to a maximum of 11 cents per line.
