You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. **Key Responsibilities**

* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing personalized support and solutions

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
* Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
* Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are processed and stored efficiently
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike
