Job Description
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of American Express, interacting with customers through our online live chat system. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers through our online live chat system.
- The ability to type at least 40 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online chat platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
