Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business procedures and risk management strategies using business or consumer department data.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights, and interpret data using statistical, financial, machine learning, or business intelligence techniques.
- Collaborate with technology and other stakeholders to integrate and execute risk management policies and business procedures.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources (controlled and non-controlled) that could add sustainable productivity to blithequark's products/services.
- Use industry and internal best practices and incorporate regulatory feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and processes.
- Lead business change and reengineering efforts, and drive business process improvement initiatives.
- Manage projects and drive business outcomes through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. You'll also need to have experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in risk management, interpreting complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences, and working with technical, analytical, business, and non-technical teams.
- Experience with cost-benefit analyses, business process improvement strategies, and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as experience with Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix.
