Key Responsibilities

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner.
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes and procedures.
• Upsell products or services as required to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
• Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
