**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and efficient service to patients, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues
* Working in a fast-paced, metric environment to meet and exceed performance goals
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
**Training Schedule**
Our training schedule is designed to ensure your success in this role. You will attend a comprehensive training program, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
**Schedule Availability**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
**Education**
You must have a verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
