**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Help customers with questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
* Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
