**Job Summary**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with product selection, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and appreciated.
• **Store Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• **Merchandise Management**: Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers.
• **Transaction Processing**: Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• **Safety and Security**: Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
• **Additional Duties**: Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
**Position Requirements**
• **Education**: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
• **Experience**: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• **Physical Requirements**: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• **Availability**: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs and priorities.
