With a culture that empowers you to be the best version of yourself and grow as much as you want within the organization, arenaflex offers a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters constant mentorship and leadership from some of the BPO industry's greatest minds. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Network Engineer in our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for: * Designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) for our Call Centers and Data Centers * Performing hardware refreshes, primarily on Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls * Implementing remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPNs, GRE tunnels, and DMVPN * Configuring firewall access requests and completing routing changes * Racking, cabling, and labeling in the Data Center as needed * Creating and maintaining diagrams and documentation * Working on ticket requests and providing on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC * Participating in on-call support coverage **Essential Qualifications:** * CCNP and above, or equivalent experience * Well-developed verbal and written communication skills * Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies * Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), and firewalls * Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches * Familiarity with VRF configurations * SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with route redistribution * Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices * Knowledge of network management tools and software * Experience with network automation and scripting * Familiarity with cloud-based network services and platforms **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** arenaflex offers a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Leadership and self-development opportunities * Access to our learning platform, MyTP, which offers world-class Six Sigma courses, technical courses, and instructor-led learning on demand * Mentorship and leadership from some of the BPO industry's greatest minds * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization * A culture that empowers you to be the best version of yourself and grow as much as you want **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters constant mentorship and leadership from some of the BPO industry's greatest minds.
