Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Services**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers. * **Maintaining Store Operations**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures. * **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. * **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. * **Providing Photo Services**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products. * **Assisting with Web Pick-up**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store. * **Maintaining Store Appearance**: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, and assist with exterior and interior maintenance. * **Complying with Company Policies**: Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers. **Essential Qualifications** * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required * **Customer Service Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or healthcare * **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and effective manner * **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * **Retail or Healthcare Experience**: Experience working in retail or healthcare environments, preferably in customer-facing roles * **Training and Development**: Completion of training programs, such as PPLs, and a willingness to learn and grow * **Leadership Skills**: Ability to lead by example, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive work environment **Skills and Competencies** * **Customer Service**: Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and answer questions * **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members * **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and effective manner * **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals * **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment * **Leadership**: Ability to lead by example, mentor team members, and contribute to a positive work environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and career.
