Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing or aviation environment
- Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and functional automation applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- USPS clearance or the ability to obtain it (with a five-year US residency requirement)
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in airport customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and corporate policies/procedures
