As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, working across both council premises in the beautiful south of Essex.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for handling all contact into both councils via multiple channels, providing an excellent first point of contact for our customers.
