Job Overview
The Customer Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Essential Customer Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to gather client feedback. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to plan, build, distribute, and report on surveys that gather client feedback and measure customer satisfaction
- Design and develop surveys that effectively capture client feedback and experiences, while ensuring maximum reach and response rates
- Analyze client feedback data and create reports that provide actionable insights to the business, highlighting problem areas, needs, and expectations of our clients
- Present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language to persuade and influence the audience
- Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement, aligning on shared objectives and goals
- Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains relevant and provides valuable insights that address business needs
- Collaborate with external providers to leverage best-in-class research methods and tools
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in market research or customer insights, with a proven track record of analyzing complex data and presenting meaningful insights
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies, with the ability to manage project timelines and deadlines that run concurrently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end survey development, including survey design and programming
- Familiarity with research and analytics software, such as SPSS, Medallia, or Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
