As a pivotal member of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operational flow of video content creation, management, and distribution.
About the Role
The Coordinator, Visual Communications is a seasonal position within the Disney Diversion TV Key Correspondences group, located in our Burbank office. Although this is a remote part-time opportunity, occasional on-site presence may be required. As a Video Facilitator, you will report to the Video Maker and focus on a range of tasks, including metrics tracking, clip and screeners requests, and event support.
Key Responsibilities
- Metrics Tracking and Assembly: Screen and report on video metrics, ensuring the team has exceptional data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Clip and Screeners Requests: Assist with fulfilling clip and screeners demands from internal and external stakeholders.
- Guidelines and Methodology: Create and update documentation outlining video guidelines and methodologies.
- Press Email Drafts: Generate drafts for emails to press, coordinating with the broader team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Client List Management: Create and maintain lists of clients who access various platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Hardware Management: Inventory and track video equipment, ensuring assets are readily available for colleagues.
- Team Awards and Recognition: Coordinate tracking and entries for industry awards and internal recognitions.
- Note-taking: Capture key points and actions in meetings and disseminate these to relevant groups.
- Scheduling and Team Schedule Support: Manage team schedules, coordinating timetables to ensure optimal productivity.
- Event Support: Provide logistical support for major corporate events, including but not limited to D23 Exhibition, TCA Press Visit, and Internal Comms events.
Required Capabilities and Abilities
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A high level of organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication capacities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent, and relevant video software.
- Willingness to work late nights and weekends as needed.
