- Perform other duties of a clerical nature as assigned or required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least one year of full-time customer service experience, with experience in a call center environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
- Residency in Pennsylvania, with the ability to work remotely and occasionally travel to our office in Carnegie, PA for training and meetings
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company
