Key Responsibilities
As an AH64E Instructor Pilot in Tactical Operations, you will play a crucial role in the training and development of unit personnel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as a TAFT instructor pilot for unit training and AH-64E tactical employment, ensuring that personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective operations.
- Conducting readiness level progression and gunnery training strategy on IA aviators, focusing on enhancing their capabilities and performance.
- Providing training on Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS) planning and Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) procedures, critical components of modern aviation operations.
- Conducting oral evaluations of all IA pilots in accordance with training and proficiency requirements, ensuring that they meet the necessary standards.
- Adhering to AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational level of education.
- Experience as an Aviation Tactical Operations Officer/Aviation Mission Survivability Officer, demonstrating your understanding of tactical operations and aviation survivability.
- A minimum of 1500 total flight hours and 300 hours cumulative as an AH-64D/E Instructor Pilot, showcasing your extensive experience and expertise in aviation.
- Previous qualification as an AH-64D Instructor Pilot, highlighting your instructional capabilities and knowledge of the AH-64D aircraft.
- Experience as an IP at the company level, indicating your ability to work effectively within a company environment and lead or instruct others.
Preferred Qualifications
