Delta Air Lines seeks Undergraduate Interns for its Commercial Strategy Analyst Program to support revenue management, network planning, marketing, e-commerce, sales analysis, and reservations sales analysis during Summer 2026.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Support analysis of competitors’ pricing actions and develop processes to streamline pricing execution in Revenue Management.
• Develop route structures, analyze new city and route opportunities, and align capacity with demand in Network Planning.
• Develop promotion and channel strategies to drive passenger revenue, build loyalty, and improve customer communications in Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Marketing.
• Maintain competitiveness of delta.com, develop online marketing strategies, and manage global distribution systems in E-Commerce/Distribution.
• Analyze financial contributions of incentive programs and develop new sales strategies in Sales Analysis.
• Analyze performance efforts to improve customer service, employee engagement, cost efficiencies, and revenue in Reservations Sales Analysis.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
• Rising senior undergraduate student with graduation date Spring/Summer 2027.
• Enrolled full-time in a 4-year academic institution with at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
• Available to work full-time onsite in Atlanta, GA during Summer 2026 without concurrent coursework.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, form business actions, and present findings.
• Creative problem solver familiar with economic concepts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment and thrive in team settings.
• Proactive and clear communicator who embraces diversity and prioritizes safety and security.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, is at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Candidates currently employed full-time or graduated are not eligible.
