Anaconda is seeking Director, Commercial Counsel to be the key leader supporting the Go-to-Market organization in all things customer and partner sales. This includes directly working on commercial transactions, including negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and other key partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial law, with the ability to balance legal expertise and commercial savvy, work cross-functionally with a dynamic team to solve complex legal issues, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will report to the Vice President, Commercial Legal and is a fully remote opportunity within the U.S., offering a fantastic opportunity to be an integral member of a small, rapidly scaling legal function of high impact.
The US base salary range for this role is $175,000 USD - $303,000 USD, plus an annualbonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, role and level. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
