As a People Lead, you will play a critical role in driving HR-related initiatives and supporting our business leaders in the office and Market HR manager. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of administrative experience; OR 2 years of retail work experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HR systems, software, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Long-term postgraduate education in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- 2 years of HR leadership experience.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with data analysis and metrics.
