We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to mortgage and insurance questions, providing top-notch service to our clients, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am to 2:00pm. If you work a Saturday shift, you will work four 9-hour shifts throughout the week and have either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
