Key Responsibilities
- Provide graphic project management support, including adding SKUs from the digital asset management system and populating data for technical reviewers
- Assist in quality checks prior to routing, including proofreading and barcode creation
- Support internal presentation design and attend team meetings to collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Partner with external design, print, and production resources to ensure high-quality printed packaging from concept to shelf
- Ensure correct file types are supplied to design agencies, printers, and stored in Ocean Spray's project management and digital asset management system
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in the ever-evolving role of production
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience at an agency or in-house creative team
- Bachelor's degree in art, design, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of graphic file types (JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI file) and packaging and mandatory components (or willingness to learn)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Ocean Spray offers a competitive salary range of $57,700 - $79,300, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
