Responsibilities
- Own the Pipeline: Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward experienced legal professionals
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Quickly diagnose each client's unique situation and offer tailored, collaborative solutions in partnership with our legal experts
- Shatter Goals: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas, directly propelling Flare's rapid growth
- Drive Excellence: Partner closely with our legal and client success teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional, and life-changing experience for every client
- Stay Sharp: Leverage Salesforce and other best practices to track progress, refine your winning pitch, and optimize your workflow
Skills
- 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role (B2C or high-touch sales experience is ideal)
- Exceptional communication skills—you can simplify complex ideas and build instant trust
- A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped earning motivation
- Proficiency in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline
- Experience or passion for the legal, family law, or immigration fields
