About the Role
As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Teams: Teach, train, and mentor associates to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Ensure Seamless Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and Implement Business Solutions: Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to correct deficiencies and drive business results.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Supervise and Develop Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Manage Financial Performance: Review and analyze financial data, manage budgets, and develop strategies to drive profitability.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years' of college; OR
- 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Additionally, you'll need to successfully complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
