Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in various educational settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools.

Essential Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits.
- Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor.
- NJ Substitute Credential (or equivalent, depending on the state).
- Background check and TB risk assessment (Scoot Education will cover the cost).
- Full COVID-19 vaccination.
- A passion for education, empathy, and a growth mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience.
- Special education or subject-specific expertise (e.g., Math, Science, English, or Special Ed).
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with varying abilities and needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new situations, curricula, and teaching environments.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Trauma-informed teaching practices and a commitment to student-centered education.
