What You’ll Do

• Stay informed on product offerings, industry updates, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching to sharpen skills and support growth.

Preferred Qualifications
• Holds a life insurance license or is willing to obtain one with our support.
• Strong communicator who connects easily and earns client trust.
• Motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Self-disciplined, organized, and effective at managing time independently.
• Background in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required.
