Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect non-professional nursing care under supervision, including cleaning and taking vital signs
Perform patient care activities, such as obtaining lab specimens and assisting with patient charting
Escort patients and assist with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being
Manage clerical duties, order and receive supplies, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant degree, West Virginia C.N.A. license, or PCT Certification
- CPR certification within 90 days of employment
- Glucoscan certification within 90 days of employment
- 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required
