They are seeking new graduates for the Tech & Transformation - Human Capital role, where you will conduct research, analyze results, and support client projects within the Human Capital practice.
Responsibilities
- Conducting research
- Analyzing and synthesizing research results
- Contributing to client reports and presentations
- Developing and updating new tools and methodologies
- Supporting client interviews and workshops
- Participating in the preparation of sales and project presentations to our clients
- Supporting ad hoc projects and other internal Deloitte initiatives
Skills
- Have completed or are currently working towards completing a post-secondary degree program, pursuing Commerce/Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Art/Design, Communications/Public Relations, Behavioural Economics, Education/Learning, Industrial Relations, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or another relevant degree
- Are graduating by September 2026
- Display initiative, creativity, enjoy problem solving and are looking to make an impact
- Can demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and learn new systems and methodologies
- Are legally eligible to work in Canada and able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
