About the Role: Supervisor, Search & Social

The Supervisor, Search and Social manages the day-to-day account activities of the group, playing a key role in the translation of marketing and media objectives into overall paid search and social media strategies. As a Supervisor, you will direct the development of paid search and social media plans, oversee regular reporting, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop strategic recommendations based on media plans and marketing editorial calendars, maintaining comprehensive paid social media and paid search strategies that align with brand strategy.
• Execution Management: Supervise and monitor the implementation of all search and social media programs, compiling long-term paid search and social media strategies and roadmaps.
• Reporting and Analysis: Optimize content calendars and search and social plans to produce rigorous and clean data, identifying KPIs for ongoing and campaign initiatives, and deriving insights and recommendations.
• Media Account Management: Manage client relationships, checking for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all media group outputs, and providing clients with strategic points-of-view.
• Team Management: Direct experience managing teams, both internal and on the client side, with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and communicate clearly in internal and client-facing meetings.

About You:

We encourage you to apply if you have a passion for paid social media strategies and execution, with a minimum of 4 years of paid search and social experience. You should have a Bachelor's degree, with demonstrated experience in paid social media strategies and execution, and experience working at an agency and/or Entertainment/Studio background experience or related industry is a plus.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of paid search and social experience.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of ad products and buying mechanisms of all major search and social platforms, with direct experience with platforms (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Search or similar platform, Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads).
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with HTML and CSS knowledge desirable but not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency Experience: Experience working at an agency and/or Entertainment/Studio background experience or related industry.
• Team Management: Direct experience managing teams, both internal and on the client side.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate and communicate clearly in internal and client-facing meetings.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
