About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student - ITS Knowledge Enablement Assistant to join our ITS Knowledge Enablement team. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a Knowledge Enablement Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our students and faculty. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of our New Knowledge Request and Knowledge Enhancement queues, developing and writing new knowledge articles, and updating existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in ServiceNow.
- Develop and write new knowledge articles based on information provided in New Knowledge article requests in ServiceNow.
- Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in ServiceNow.
- Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook.
- Collaborate with the ITS Knowledge Enablement team to ensure that all knowledge articles are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our students and faculty.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be enrolled in classes as part of an SNHU degree program.
- Have access to a personal computer.
- Have access to the Internet.
- Have access to Microsoft Teams.
