Key Responsibilities
- Structure and conduct analysis to address critical business questions, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance.
- Create clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Tell a compelling story with the data using the best tools for the job (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, market entry strategies, and operational improvement projects.
- Manage workstreams independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic perspectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 1-3+ of experience in management consulting, analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau or SQL or Python a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
