As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting one of our vertically-tailored, integrated SaaS solutions within either the home & field services, health services, or fitness & wellness industries. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track operational metrics that provide timely and accurate insight into key business drivers.
- Provide monthly reporting: budget/forecast vs actual, flux analysis, and insights into key business drivers and operational metrics to be supplied to operational leaders and other stakeholders.
- Play an active role in annual business planning and budgeting process as well as monthly rolling forecast. Provide meaningful analysis of financial trends and variances to support informed decision making.
- Become a super user of financial systems and tools, especially OneStream; own the construction and maintenance of various reporting templates.
- Support strategic business decision-making on investment cases and growth initiatives through financial modeling, ad hoc analyses, and presentations.
- Conduct financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Assist with occasional M&A activities through financial diligence and post-close integration.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in one or more highly analytical roles such as corporate FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (interview process will include a brief modeling exercise).
- Solid understanding of GAAP, specifically cash to GAAP conversions and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience with financial reporting/accounting/billing systems such as OneStream, NetSuite, Workday or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Comfort interfacing with and influencing senior executives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive decision-making and coordinated action.

Compensation
The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
