Job Overview

This is a seasonal role, spanning from September to December 19th, 2025, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm US PST, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely resolutions to their queries and concerns through various support channels, including email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients have an outstanding experience, from event planning to execution, and that they feel supported every step of the way.
