Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are handled efficiently and effectively
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote blithequark's products and services to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we will consider candidates with less experience who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Experience working in the automotive industry, or a related field
- Additional education or training in customer service, communications, or a related field
- Certifications or specialized training in customer service, such as CSR or CST
