Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer care and support across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
- Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient responses to customer requests, utilizing multiple systems and websites.
- Assisting customers, sales representatives, and management with order-related inquiries or issues.
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorizations and credits.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billings and shipments, and providing ongoing information on sales, promotions, and issues.
- Providing technical and product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.
- Some representatives will have additional responsibilities, including servicing customers over social media platforms, handling warranty claims, and working on special projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- To reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- To be available to work at least 20 hours per week between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
