Key Responsibilities:
- Provide savvy and responsive assistance to clients and their customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or operations support experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Experience working with clients or customers in a socially responsible or impact-focused industry
- Certifications or training in customer service, operations support, or a related field
